KMA Infrastructure (Health and Safety)

We are looking for a KMA On-site coordinator based in the headquarters in Stockholm.
You will be in charge of our project in Metro lines, representing the company in front of clients and other stakeholders on-site.
This position demands equally a strong presence on site and strong ability to document and perform office work. You will be accessing a construction worksite on a regular basis.
The essential duties and responsibilities for this job are connected to the implementation of ITS & electromechanical systems within infrastructure projects (tunnel).
Responsibilities
Review, handling, and supervision of subcontractors documentation (arbetsberedning, incident reports, dagböcker, etc.)
Environmental management duties on-site – safety rounds, material suitability and preparation/gathering of documents by subcontractors (diaries, chemical list, vehicle list, ID06, installed materials, etc.)
Health and Safety management duties on-site – safety rounds, double check and chase documents by subcontractors (diaries, chemical list, vehicle list, ID06, installed materials, etc.)
Quality management duties on-site – Make sure that quality practices are properly implemented by subcontractors and produce double checks when necessary.
Represent company in KMA meetings and other project level meetings. Report to head.
Produce routine documentation related to KMA. E.g., risk analyses, monthly reports, work preparations, assembly instruction documents, plans, etc.
Supervise subcontractors making sure work is produced as planned (production, order & protection, environmental practices, etc.)
Develop and assistance to update project-related documentation such as project plans, reports, etc. (under project manager’s supervision)
Reception of materials and verification prior to installation. Log it to system.
Administration and daily work on client’s platforms for documentation, notifications, etc.
Sporadic support for KMA activities to other projects belonging to the Nordic branch
Work with HR for aligning Work Environment guidelines and routines with central ones.
Work closely with Work Environment representative (safety representatives) as well as Work Environment Committee in overall risk analyses and planning as well as follows up and in case of incidents and accidents also with HR.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent YH/HVE with experience
3-5 years’ experience in the KMA field
Demonstrable knowledge of Swedish legislation in terms of Environment, Social Requirements and Health & Safety
Proficiency in Swedish and English, with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong digital skills – most of the reporting and documentation will take place through digital platforms.
Extensive use of MS Office package.
The ability to build relationships and be trustworthy
Structured mind, problem-solving, and compliance
Company oriented
Good balance between keep the customer happy, but have a good understanding of the limits in the contract.
Personality – team player, reachable, social with human skills
Preferred Skills
BAS-P/BAS-U certification or previous experiences in this role.
Expertise in Tunnel Infrastructure projects
Pay range and compensation package
Start with 6 months fixed term/probation
Working on site 100% (40 hours/week)
Salary: 38,000–42,000 SEK/month
