We're looking for B2B support professionals to join a team supporting advertisers on social media advertising products.

What you'll do:

Handle end-to-end troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products via email and chat
Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve technical and product queries
Drive customer satisfaction and ensure service quality throughout the full case journey
Partner with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features
Contribute to service improvement initiatives from day one

What we're looking for:

Mandatory: experience in paid campaign management
Degree in Marketing or related field
Experience in Digital Marketing
Background in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech environment
Fluency with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital advertising
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently and in a team
Languages needed: Arabic (C1) + English (B2)

Contract: 6 months
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 07:00–19:00 (07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00). Future shift: 24/7 rotative with 2 rotative days off
Location: Lisbon, on-site
