Recruitment Specialist

Company - Gigflex Pvt Ltd. (Parent Company - 2Coms Group) - Human Resource Supply Chain Management organization

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Internal - HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring roles. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hiring for non-IT positions, particularly in high-volume and sales-driven environments. Candidates with a background in BFSI recruitment will be preferred .

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk and sales hiring mandates
  
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor partnerships
  
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  
• Handle large volumes of hiring within tight deadlines
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job specifications
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
  
  
  Requirements :
  
  6 months–3 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT hiring)
  

• Proven experience in bulk hiring and sales hiring
  
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  
• Good stakeholder management skills
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience in BFSI recruitment will be an added advantage
