Adelphi is seeking a Music Therapist (MT) to provide Music Therapy services to students at a school in Fort Worth, Texas.
The ideal candidate will assess students' therapeutic and educational needs and provide individualized music therapy interventions designed to support communication, social-emotional, behavioral, cognitive, motor, and developmental goals identified through each student's educational program.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Music Therapy from an accredited or AMTA-approved program
• Current Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) credential through the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT)
• School-based, pediatric, or special education music therapy experience preferred
Responsibilities
• Conduct music therapy assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
• Develop individualized music therapy interventions aligned with IEP/ARD goals.
• Provide individual and group music therapy sessions.
• Use music, rhythm, movement, singing, and instruments to support student development.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collect and maintain accurate data, service logs, and session documentation.
• Prepare progress reports, evaluations, and other required special education records.
• Participate in IEP/ARD meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related-service providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with school policies, professional standards, and special education requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned
