About the Opportunity
Join a growing, family-owned restaurant franchise organization that operates approximately 400 Pizza Hut locations nationwide as part of a broader portfolio of nearly 1,000 restaurants. We're looking for a hands-on, people-first General Manager to lead our Virginia, MN location and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring consistent food quality, service speed, and cleanliness standards
  
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of shift leaders and crew members
  
• Manage labor and food cost controls to hit budgeted profitability targets
  
• Drive a positive guest experience and resolve customer concerns promptly
  
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
  
• Create and manage weekly schedules to balance service levels with labor efficiency
  
• Analyze sales, cost, and performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement
  
• Foster a collaborative, upbeat culture where the team enjoys coming to work
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, QSR background strongly preferred
  
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
  
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor scheduling, and inventory control
  
• A guest-first mentality paired with a drive for operational excellence
  
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus
