District Manager - Restaurants

JSR Services is looking for a District Manager (Full Time) that will responsible for leading and developing a group of stores within an assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of operational, financial, and customer service objectives. This role oversees the performance of multiple locations, develops management talent, and drives the successful execution of business strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of Store Managers.
  
• Ensure the achievement of operational, financial, and customer service goals. 
  
• Recruit, coach, and retain management talent. 
  
• Monitor performance metrics, sales, and profitability. 
  
• Implement business strategies and action plans to achieve organizational objectives. 
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 
  
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  
• Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and professional development.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
  
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a District Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  
• Experience managing multiple locations within the retail, restaurant, or related industries, including oversight of operations, team performance, and financial results.
