About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to support our growing team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Understand job requirements and create effective Job postings.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques.
• Understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple job openings.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
