General Labourer – Automotive Manufacturing

We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourers to work in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The successful candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, working with automotive parts, and meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties on the automotive production line.
  
• Load and unload automotive parts and materials.
  
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and package automotive components.
  
• Operate basic production machinery and equipment as required.
  
• Conduct visual quality inspections and identify defective parts.
  
• Follow production instructions and meet daily production targets.
  
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe.
  
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
  
• Work effectively as part of a production team.
  

Requirements

• Previous automotive or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive work.
  
• Able to lift up to 40–50 lbs as required.
  
• Good attention to detail and quality.
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
  
• Must be comfortable working around machinery and production equipment.
  
• CSA-approved safety boots are required.
  
• Must be available for the assigned shift.
