Application Executive

• Handle, process, update, and maintain student applications in company databases, CRM systems, and university portals.
  
• Verify application details, documents, and information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  
• Review student applications and ensure all required documents and information are properly uploaded and maintained.
  
• Monitor the status of applications and ensure timely submission and follow-up.
  
• Update application records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM and relevant systems.
  
• Identify errors, discrepancies, missing information, or incomplete documentation and coordinate for timely resolution.
  
• Ensure all applications are processed within the required timelines and as per company procedures.
  
• Assist in managing application-related documentation and administrative activities.
  

Requirements

• Good computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
