Entry Level Insurance Representative

Full-Time | In-Office | Base Salary + Commission | Insurance Sales

Zeus Insurance Solutions and Agency Inc. is looking for a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers at our office, learn about their insurance needs, explain coverage options, and help them choose solutions that fit their individual situations. You’ll have the support of a collaborative team while developing your product knowledge and sales skills.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers visiting our office

• Learn about customers' needs and identify appropriate insurance solutions

• Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand way

• Conduct consultative conversations and answer customer questions

• Guide customers through the quote, application, and policy process

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers

• Build strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service

• Maintain accurate customer information and application documentation

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the insurance products offered

• Work with team members to support customer needs and achieve office goals

• Stay informed about product updates and relevant industry changes

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license required

• Active Life & Health Insurance license required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers and building professional relationships

• Customer-focused approach and genuine interest in helping others

• Ability to explain insurance information clearly

• Organized and able to manage customer follow-ups and sales activity

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team

• Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical customer service

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Mobile device

• Reliable home internet access

Compensation

$36,000–$250,000 annually, including base salary and commission.

Total compensation will vary based on individual performance, sales results, and other factors.
