Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) to lead the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project life cycles, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale business and technology projects within a banking environment.
  
• Drive project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors.
  
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, reporting, and executive-level communications.
  
• Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
  
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
  
• Ensure projects adhere to banking regulatory, governance, and security standards.
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years within the banking sector.
  
• Proven experience delivering projects within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), Financial Services, or Capital Markets environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
  
• Experience managing business transformation, regulatory, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive and senior leadership teams.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
