Remote Client Experience Coordinator

This is a remote position.

We are seeking motivated, organized individuals to assist clients with planning memorable vacations and experiences. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys researching destinations, communicating with people, and helping others coordinate important details.

Responsibilities include gathering client preferences, researching suitable options, preparing quotes, assisting with reservations, maintaining accurate records, and communicating updates throughout the planning process. You will also provide general guidance regarding accommodations, transportation, activities, and destination requirements.
Previous experience is not required. Training, mentorship, and access to planning resources are provided. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, learning new online systems, and managing multiple client requests.
