Summary

Our insurance division is looking for a committed Claims Processor to become an integral part of our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the initial intake and assessment of claims filed by policyholders, serving as a cornerstone for our operational effectiveness. Your work ensures that clients receive prompt and precise solutions to their coverage questions. You will be responsible for navigating intricate claim files, confirming policy specifics, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to enable equitable and rapid settlements. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of filed claims to confirm eligibility and interpret policy conditions.
  
• Collect, examine, and structure necessary documentation and evidence to substantiate claim decisions.
  
• Engage in clear communication with policyholders, agents, and external adjusters to resolve ambiguities and obtain supplementary information.
  
• Determine settlement figures in strict alignment with policy stipulations and internal company directives.
  
• Ensure the claims management database is consistently updated with precise and current records.
  
• Detect signs of potential fraudulent activity and promptly report suspicious cases to the dedicated investigation unit.
  
• Strictly follow all applicable state and federal insurance laws alongside internal compliance frameworks.
  

Requirements

• Hold 1-3 years of relevant professional experience within the insurance industry, preferably in claims processing or a comparable area.
  
• Possess a robust grasp of insurance contracts, operational procedures, and the end-to-end claims lifecycle.
  
• Display keen analytical abilities capable of deciphering complex information to drive informed decision-making.
  
• Demonstrate superior written and oral communication skills for professional interactions.
  
• Be skilled in utilizing claims management platforms and standard office productivity applications.
  
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple files concurrently while meeting strict deadlines.
