Spanish Customer Support Advisor - Lisbon

We are recruiting Spanish Customer Support Advisors to join an international project within the hospitality/travel sector to work onsite in Lisbon (Santos).

Main responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat
  
• Handle customer questions, complaints and service-related issues
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently
  
• Escalate cases when necessary
  
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
  

Requirements

• Spanish: C2
  
• English: B2
  
• High school diploma
  
• Previous Customer Service experience is valued, but not mandatory
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Availability to work onsite
  
• Availability for rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation
  

Conditions

• Base salary: €945 gross/month
  
• Meal allowance: €8.50 per worked day
  
• Performance bonus of up to €120/month, applicable from the 4th month onwards
  
• Christmas and Holiday allowances
  
• 22 business days of annual leave
  
• Health insurance after 6 months
  
• 40 hours per week
  
• 30-day probation period
