Hiring: Unit Manager / Parent Relationship Manager

Location:Ballygunge, Kolkata- 700029

Salary: 40k to 50k per month

Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities

Admissions & Business Growth

• Drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
• Conduct parent counseling and school tours.
• Build relationships within the local community.
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and admission events.
• Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion and improve conversion rates.

Operations & Leadership

• Manage daily preschool operations and ensure quality standards.
• Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop staff.
• Implement curriculum aligned with regulations and international frameworks.
• Build strong parent relationships and community trust.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education).
• 5+ years of experience as a Preschool Centre Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
