Store Associate

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a positive and professional experience to customers at all times.
• Assist customers with product-related inquiries and general concerns.
• Support daily activities that contribute to sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper presentation and organization of products and assigned areas.
• Assist in monitoring product availability and maintaining proper product presentation.
• Ensure customer requests and transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in company initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Participate in training and activities designed to enhance product and operational knowledge.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant course.
• Customer-focused with a strong interest in sales and retail operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to learn and develop knowledge in products and retail operations.
