Media Production Intern

About the Role
We run production across multiple companies and brands  from luxury wedding content to property investment education  which means no two weeks look the same. We're looking for a Media Production Intern to join the team as a true generalist-in-training: someone who wants hands-on reps in photography, videography, and the briefing process that sits behind every shoot, and who'll leave the internship able to run point on a production themselves.  This is an apprenticeship-style role. You'll be on set, in briefing sessions, and in the edit  learning by doing, not just observing. 

What You'll Do
- Assist on photography and videography shoots across multiple client brands
- Help build and refine production briefs  shot lists, talent direction, creative treatments
- Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment on set
- Support production logistics: set dressing, props, scheduling, call sheets
- Assist with organizing and handing off footage for post-production
- Sit in on creative briefing sessions to learn how concepts get developed and pitched

What You'll Learn

- Camera composition and cinematography fundamentals
- Lighting setups for interview, talking-head, and narrative-style content
- Audio capture and routing mic setup, recorders, and mixers
- How to build a production brief from concept through to shoot day
- Multi-camera production workflows
- The full end-to-end production process across branded content, social-first video, and editorial photography

Who You Are
- Currently studying, or recently completed, a qualification in Film, Media, Photography, Communications, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
- Genuinely interested in photography and videography, not just post-production
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and brands at once
- Willing to learn on set this role rewards curiosity and initiative
- Reliable, organized, and a clear communicator
- Own camera gear is a bonus but not required; familiarity with Sony camera systems is a plus, as it's our primary production ecosystem
