This is an onsite role open to candidates in Pennsylvania.
Shifts: 1st (7:00am-3:30pm), 2nd (3:00pm-11:30pm)

A precision, quality-driven, regulated manufacturer with a medical device focus is looking for a Quality control roving inspector to perform in-process and final inspections across multiple machining cells, acting as a floor-level quality resource for machinists and inspectors in a regulated medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-process and final inspections across machining cells
Support machinists and production teams with quality questions
Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, comparators, and other precision tools
Identify and document nonconformances
Support corrective actions and quality improvements
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485

Requirements

5+ years of quality experience in precision machining
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T
In-process and final inspection experience
Calipers, micrometers, and comparators
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred: CNC or Swiss background, NCR and corrective action experience, mentoring inspectors, quality certifications (CQT, CQI, Six Sigma)
Local candidates only; authorized to work in the US
