Drive sales and meet set volume and revenue targets.
Manage debtor accounts and ensure customers settle overdue amounts in line with set terms.
Gather market intelligence and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports on time.
Manage product availability, including on-shelf availability (OSA), and address stock-related challenges.
Build and cement lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
Develop and implement territory-specific secondary sales initiatives with the Trade Marketing Department.
Manage selling assets.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

A Business, Sales or Marketing Degree.
At least 3 years of sales experience in an FMCG environment; Alcoholic Beverages experience is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to prioritise work and operate effectively in a pressurised environment.
Clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
