Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalised service to guests in line with fine dining standards
  
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages efficiently
  
• Ensure consistency in service quality, guest interaction, and presentation
  
• Assist with table settings, wine service, and overall dining room organisation
  
• Maintain excellent hygiene and service standards at all times
  
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations
  
• Support special events, private dining, and guest occasions as required
  

Minimum Requirements

• Previous fine dining or luxury hospitality service experience essential
  
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
  
• Attention to detail and organisational ability
  
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
