Bartender

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Bartender to provide excellent beverage service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  
• Mix cocktails according to standard recipes.
  
• Take guest orders and provide professional customer service.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
  
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
  
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service requirements.
  
• Restock beverages, glassware, ice, and bar supplies.
  
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
  

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
  
• Valid Smart Serve Certification required in Ontario.
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Available for evenings, weekends, and events as required.
  
• Professional, reliable, and well-presented.
