Business Development Executive – Beauty & Cosmetics

Stipend: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through market visits, provided data and referrals
  
• Connect with retailers, distributors and vendors
  
• Promote beauty & cosmetic products and drive sales
  
• Conduct product sampling and promotional activities
  
• Support product launches and close business deals
  
• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships
  
• Track sales performance and prepare MIS reports
  
• Share market insights and campaign performance
  

Work Details:

• 6 Days Working
  
• Sunday Fixed Week Off
  
• Retail store-based role with regular local market visits
  
• Local travel within the assigned territory
  

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline
Freshers are welcome
Up to 11 months of Sales/Field experience
Basic MS Excel / MIS knowledge is mandatory
Must be a local resident within 10 km of the assigned retail store
Personal two-wheeler (Bike preferred) is mandatory
Male candidates preferred
Prior Beauty/Cosmetics/FMCG experience is an advantage
