With at least 6 years of hands-on experience, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our customer relationship management systems to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

💼 Role: CRM Developer (Mid-Level to Senior-Level)

What You'll Do:

🛠️ Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions based on business requirements

🔄 Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise applications and data sources.

⚡ Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

📈 Analyze user needs and recommend enhancements or new features.

🔒 Ensure security best practices are followed within the CRM ecosystem.

📝 Document processes, customizations, and workflows clearly.

🤝 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for seamless implementations.

What We're Looking For:

✅ 6-10 years of experience in application development, with at least 4 years in a working Dynamics CRM.

✅ Strong proficiency in C# for writing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.

✅ Strong understanding of the Dynamics Service module and OOTB features of service management.

✅ Experience in designing and implementing the Service/Sales CRM module

✅ Good to have react JS development or integration with CRM exposure .

✅ Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
