We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee and direct day-to-day site operations for an assigned workfront or zone, orchestrating the activities that take place on the construction/installation site from conception to completion, ensuring furniture installation and interior fit-out works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

📍 Location: Relocation Abroad (To be informed) - Indonesian only.

What You'll Do:
🎯 Manage site operations and ensure timely project delivery
📊 Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for seamless execution
🔍 Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control
🤝 Lead project teams and provide training as needed
📝 Prepare progress reports and communicate with stakeholders
🚧 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field, the qualification typically required for a site-level supervisory role in the interior fit-out industry.
• Minimum 8 years' site management experience in fit-out, joinery or construction, together with a well-developed track record of delivering site works to support career progression into this role.
• Experience supervising multi-trade crews and subcontractors in a fit-out or installation environment.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities, communication proficiency, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to coordinate across various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Working knowledge of construction processes, materials, and applicable regulations, together with advisory, administrative, compliance and practical skills to keep the site organised and operating within budget and time projections.
