Sports Staff

We are seeking energetic, confident, and sports‑oriented individuals to join our onboard Sports & Recreation Team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy leading activities, engaging guests, and creating fun and inclusive experiences at sea.As Sports Staff, you will lead a variety of onboard sports and recreational programs, including FlowRider® surfing, basketball, ping‑pong, and other guest activities, while ensuring safety and delivering excellent guest service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate onboard sports and recreational activitiesHost and facilitate FlowRider® sessions and other signature attractionsEngage guests of all ages, including families, children, and adultsConfidently speak on a microphone and lead group activitiesEnsure safety procedures are followed and manage guest behaviorSupport multiple activities based on daily operational needsQualificationsBackground in sports or recreational activitiesHigh School Diploma or equivalentHands‑on experience in multiple team sports(e.g., basketball, volleyball, golf, pickleball, or similar activities)Strong communication and customer service skillsComfortable in a guest‑facing role and leading group activitiesCPR or Lifesaving certification is preferredIdeal Candidate ProfileExperience working with groups (families, adults, children)Comfortable hosting activities and speaking in front of guestsAbility to manage safety and crowd behaviorFlexible and willing to support various onboard activitiesPositive, energetic, and professional attitude
