Senior Growth Strategy Lead

Fetchly builds web and mobile applications for startups, enterprises, and small businesses. We’re looking for a remote Senior Growth Strategy Lead to shape full-funnel growth programs and help clients turn digital experiences into measurable business results.

In this client-facing role, you’ll connect campaign strategy, commerce, and conversion optimization to deliver thoughtful, effective growth plans.

• Develop full-funnel growth strategies aligned with client goals and audiences.
• Lead client conversations, translate business needs into campaign plans, and present recommendations clearly.
• Plan and optimize DTC and CPG eCommerce growth initiatives.
• Shape UGC and influencer campaign strategies, from briefs through performance review.
• Identify opportunities across the Shopify ecosystem, including customer journeys and conversion optimization.
• Monitor campaign results, share insights, and refine strategies based on performance.

• Experience developing and executing full-funnel growth strategies.
• Strong client-facing campaign strategy and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DTC and CPG eCommerce growth.
• Experience with UGC and influencer campaign planning.
• Understanding of Shopify and conversion optimization.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

• Experience working with a range of businesses, from startups to established brands.
• Ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams in a remote environment.
