HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE

We are under NEW OWNERSHIP and NEW MANAGEMENT! Our extensive property renovation is complete, creating a fresh, beautiful, and top-tier working environment right here on the Island.

We are looking for a strong, detail-oriented, and experienced Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our room attendant team, maintain our high cleanliness standards, and work directly with our General Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Inspect Rooms: Perform daily quality checks on cleaned guest suites to ensure they meet our "5-Star" standards before releasing them to the front desk.
  

• Lead & Train: Train, motivate, and manage our housekeeping team on proper cleaning techniques, speed, and efficiency.
  

• Work with Leadership: Collaborate daily with the rest of the team to manage room assignments, inventory, linens, and daily cleaning boards.
  

• Maintain Quality: Hold the team accountable for timeliness, attendance, and thorough cleanliness.
  

• Inventory & Supplies: Help manage laundry operations, linen counts, and cleaning supply stock.
  

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Prior experience as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Housekeeper, Lead Inspector, or senior Room Attendant required.
  

• Leadership Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate, hold accountable, and direct a team.
  

• Sharp Attention to Detail: Eye for perfection—you know what a spotless room looks like and accept nothing less.
  

• Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependable attendance.
  

• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk, stand, inspect, and assist with cleaning throughout a full shift.
  

• Location: Reliable transportation to 89th Street in Galveston.
