  • Team Development & Mentorship: Direct, mentor, and train staff and seniors, facilitating performance reviews and fostering continuous technical development.

  • Practice Management: Oversee engagement budgets, billing, resource allocation, and project timelines across multiple simultaneous engagements.

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for executive-level client management, offering technical insights and proactive advisory.

  • Business Development (Director Level): Identify growth opportunities, lead proposal efforts, and actively support practice expansion and business development initiatives.

  • Technical Expertise: Oversee technical research on emerging healthcare accounting standards, GAAP updates, and regulatory requirements.

  • Active CPA certification required for Manager/Director.

  • 6 to 10+ years of public accounting audit experience, with demonstrated management experience.

  • Healthcare audit experience required; specialized expertise in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is a plus.

  • Proven track record of team leadership, engagement economics management, and client relationship building.

  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and executive presence.
