Chief of Staff (Stellios Technologies)

We are hiring an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder and support every area of operations.

Take operational tasks off the founder's plate. Deliver results.

What You Will Own And/Or Support

• Recruiting and talent pipeline, working with the founder and recruiters
  
• Legal and compliance workflows, working with Stellios counsel
  
• Facilities, vendors, procurement, and special projects
  
• Founder inbox, scheduling, and follow ups
  
• Website, media, and communications, working with external teams
  

Requirements

We are looking for:

Extreme ownership and attention to detail. You are AI native, your first instinct is to use AI to find the answer and move. You have experience supporting technical founders and ambition to become a founder yourself. You're passionate about space, defense, propulsion, and American progress.

Ideal backgrounds include deep tech / defense startup experience, or military team leadership combined with startup experience.

You need to be extremely sharp, high agency, and comfortable personally executing both strategic projects and mundane tasks. This includes creating exceptional documents, finding facilities, supporting equipment purchases, and coordinating external legal, accounting, recruiting, HR, web, and PR teams.

This role requires access to U.S. export controlled information. Candidates must qualify as a U.S. person under applicable export control laws, including U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.

You must be willing to work on-site in Southern California or Austin, can can start working remotely.
