FINANCE MANAGER – AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIP

Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our automobile dealership. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the integrity of all fiscal activities, drive profitability, and maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards. Your expertise will be essential in guiding the financial strategy, optimizing cash flow, and supporting the dealership's growth objectives within the competitive IT Services and automotive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with organizational goals.
  
• Oversee daily financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation to provide accurate insights into the dealership's performance.
  
• Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  
• Conduct internal audits and enforce robust financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  
• Coordinate with banking partners and manage vehicle loan processes to facilitate smooth customer financing.
  
• Prepare and submit OEM reports, handling incentives and claims efficiently to maximize revenue recovery.
  
• Utilize SAP or Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to streamline data management and reporting workflows.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within the automobile dealership sector.
  
• Proven proficiency with SAP or Dealer Management Systems (DMS) for financial operations.
  
• Strong background in managing OEM reporting, incentives, and claims processes.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting internal audits and establishing effective financial control frameworks.
  
• Exceptional skills in team leadership, staff development, and financial reconciliation.
  
• Advanced capability in financial management reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  
• Solid experience in coordinating banking activities and vehicle loan coordination.
