JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC required (Eligible)
  
• Licenses: Licensed in CA
  
• DEA: Yes
  
• Certifications: BLS
  
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital clinical activity in specialty
  
• Other Qualifications: Clean file preferred; no settlements, DUIs, restrictions
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology/oncology care
  
• Manage chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments
  
• Collaborate with oncologists and nursing staff
  
• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
  
• Document patient encounters in Epic EMR
