Business Systems Analyst (Banking exp)

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements

• Support the Lead BSA (Onshore) as part of the TDI Marketing Personalization pod (SFDC360 + SFP).
  
• Ensure the offshore development team has all requirements clearly documented and aligned with the solution being delivered.
  
• Support the two-way requirements process by documenting approved business requirements received from the business.
  
• Document solution design assumptions made by the delivery team and return them to the business for validation and requirement enhancement.
  
• Assist with non-coding configurations in lower environments.
  
• Perform activities from the perspective of the marketing business to validate the expected solution.
  
• Strong knowledge of Marketing, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce Personalization is required.
