⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid (after 3-6 months onsite training)

What You'll Do:
🎨 Create visually compelling layouts using Adobe InDesign
📐 Ensure consistency and quality across all design projects
🔍 Review and revise designs according to feedback
🖥 Collaborate with the design team to meet project deadlines
📅 Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
👍 Stay updated on design trends and tools for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:
✅ At least 1 year of experience in graphic design or compositing
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and creativity
✅ Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
✅ Good communication skills, both verbal and written
✅ A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and collaboration
