Job Title: Company Secretary (CS) Executive

Location: Kolkata - 700001

LandMark- Calcutta High Court

Qualification: Qualified CS (ICSI Member)

Remuneration: Around 3 LPA (Based on last CTC)

Key Responsibilities

MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) &

ROC (Registrar of Companies) Compliance: Draft and file statutory forms, returns, and reports on the MCA portal.

Secretarial Work: Maintain statutory registers, draft notices, agendas, and minutes for meetings.

Asset Records: Maintain, track, and manage official documentation of corporate assets.

Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Companies Act and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

Member of ICSI (Qualified Company Secretary).

Practical knowledge of MCA/ROC procedures and secretarial standards.
