Job Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned minimum account, margin, and revenue targets to justify team costs.
  
• Handle and manage a team of at least 5 members.
  
• Source HNI clients and franchisees on a monthly basis.
  
• Advise HNI clients on investments and manage their overall investment portfolios.
  
• Ensure team performance and the timely achievement of individual and team targets.
  
• Generate consistent revenue for the company as per expectations.
  
• Promote and sell all company products effectively.
