District Coordinator, Telangana

About the Role

As a District Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing operations in an assigned district. This role includes, but is not limited to, learning about Rocket Learning’s product and program, understanding early childhood education, working closely with district-level government officials to implement initiatives, training Anganwadi teachers, collecting data, and more.

Candidate Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field. Previous experience in providing/administering training is preferred.
  

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing formal Telugu and English.
  

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Forms
  

• Effective communication skills with government stakeholders and internal teams
  

• Willingness to travel within the district for a minimum of 50% of the total working time
  

• Must reside in the districts
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical and digital training sessions for Anganwadi teachers on early childhood education.
  

• Build trust with block and district-level stakeholders.
  

• Create monthly progress reports and present them to district stakeholders.
  

• Support the launch of Rocket Learning initiatives in the district.
  

• Assist with data collection and data entry as needed.
  

• Undertake other responsibilities as requested by Program Managers.
