Xclusive is a family-owned residential and commercial painting company with offices in Hudson and Strongsville, Ohio, built on quality work and professional results.

What You'll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door, cold calling, and other outreach
• Run estimate appointments, both self-generated and company-provided, with leads from a variety of sources provided by the company
• Walk projects on-site with homeowners and assess what they need
• Build and present quotes on-site or soon after the appointment
• Follow up and close sales in a professional, value-driven way
• Track your weekly numbers: appointments set (target: 5 self-set appointments per week), estimates run, and closing rate
• Take part in sales training and team meetings

• Professionalism on every estimate
• Coachability and accountability to your numbers
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Goals

• Self-generate at least 5 appointments per week
• Attend all weekly meetings and trainings
• Meet or beat monthly sales targets

Pay and Growth Path

• First-week trial, paid hourly: learn, shadow, and help generate leads
• Pay details are discussed after the first-week trial
• No experience required. Grow into a senior estimator or sales role with higher earnings.

Schedule

Full-time, permanent. Shifts run early afternoon to late evening.
