Help pupils build confidence, curiosity and practical independence through safe, purposeful outdoor learning in a supportive specialist-school setting.

What you will do

• Plan accessible forest-school and nature-based activities.
• Adapt tools, routines and communication for individual needs.
• Promote teamwork, resilience and safe risk-taking.
• Share observations with teaching and pastoral colleagues.

What you will bring

• Relevant forest-school, outdoor-learning or SEND experience.
• Strong safety awareness and an encouraging approach.
• Reliable safeguarding practice and clear communication.
• QTS is not required for this instructor role.

Contract: Full-time contract
Pay: £140–£190 per day PAYE
