Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to guide architectural projects from initial concept through construction. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural project management, design coordination, client communication, and construction administration experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept development through construction completion.
• Oversee project planning, design development, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct client meetings and manage communication with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare, review, and maintain architectural drawings, design documentation, and project specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate on-site activities with contractors and consultants.
• Resolve design and construction-related challenges while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Maintain a collaborative, client-focused approach throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading architectural projects, including planning, design coordination, and construction administration.
• Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with building codes, architectural standards, and construction documentation.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience coordinating on-site with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
