تُعلن شركة المتميزون المتحدة الطبية عن رغبتها في توظيف فني إسعاف وطوارئ طبية للانضمام إلى كوادرها التشغيلية في الرياض. نحن شركة سعودية رائدة في الخدمات الصحية بخبرة تتجاوز ٣٠ عامًا، تعمل عبر عدة خطوط خدمة تشمل النقل الإسعافي غير الطارئ، والتغطية الطبية للفعاليات ومواقع العمل، وعقود الخدمات الإسعافية للمنشآت الصحية، وتشغيل العيادات وتوفير الكوادر الطبية، وحلول سيارات الإسعاف.

نبحث عن ممارس مصنّف لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية في فئة فني، يقدّم دعم الحياة الأساسي وفق بروتوكولات معتمدة مسبقًا، ويتقن نقل المريض الآمن والتوثيق الدقيق ومكافحة العدوى. وهو العمود الفقري للأسطول والكادر الذي يُشغّل وحدة الإسعاف الأساسي، والمسار الطبيعي للترقي إلى فئة أخصائي.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إجراء المسح الأولي والثانوي، وأخذ القصة المرضية، وقياس العلامات الحيوية وتسجيلها، والوصول إلى انطباع ميداني ضمن نطاق ممارسة الفني
  
• التعرف على المريض المتدهور والتصعيد فورًا إلى الأخصائي أو إلى التوجيه الطبي المباشر
  
• إدارة مجرى الهواء بالمناورات والوسائل المساعدة الأساسية، وإعطاء الأكسجين والتهوية المساعدة، وإجراء الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي والصعق
  
• إيقاف النزف، وتثبيت العمود الفقري والأطراف، والتعامل مع الحروق، وإعطاء الأدوية التي يجيزها نطاق الفني وفق البروتوكول دون سواها
  
• رفع المريض وتحريكه وتثبيته بالأسلوب الصحيح والجهاز المناسب للحالة، مع الحفاظ على كرامته وخصوصيته طوال الوقت
  
• تقديم المراقبة والرعاية المستمرة أثناء النقل، وتسليم منظم للمنشأة المستقبِلة
  
• فحص جميع المعدات السريرية والمستلزمات والأصناف المقيدة وتعويضها وجردها في بداية كل وردية ونهايتها
  
• تطبيق بروتوكول مكافحة العدوى، بما يشمل تطهير المركبة والمعدات بعد كل بلاغ
  
• استيفاء تقرير العناية بالمريض بدقة وفي حينه، وتسجيل الخط الزمني الكامل للبلاغ
  
• العمل ضمن الطاقم تحت القيادة السريرية للأخصائي، والممارسة ضمن النطاق المأذون به دون تجاوزه

About the Role

United Distinguished Medical Company (UDM) is hiring Emergency Medical Technicians to join its operational crews in Riyadh. UDM is a leading Saudi healthcare services company with 30+ years of experience, operating across multiple service lines: non-emergency patient transport, event and worksite medical coverage, ambulance service contracts for healthcare facilities, clinic operations and medical staffing, and ambulance fleet solutions.

We're looking for a practitioner classified by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties at the Technician tier — someone who delivers basic life support under pre-authorised protocols and is precise about safe patient movement, documentation and infection control. This is the backbone of the fleet, the cadre that crews a BLS unit, and the natural route to Specialist tier.

Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)  Cadre Tier: Clinical — Technician (فني)  Employment Type: Full-time  Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct the primary and secondary survey, obtain the history, measure and record vital signs, and reach a working field impression within the technician scope of practice
  
• Recognise the deteriorating patient and escalate to the paramedic or to online medical control immediately
  
• Manage the airway by basic manoeuvres and adjuncts, deliver oxygen therapy and assisted ventilation, and perform CPR and defibrillation
  
• Control haemorrhage, immobilise the spine and limbs, manage burns, and administer only those medications the technician scope permits under protocol
  
• Lift, move and secure the patient using the correct technique and device for the presentation, preserving dignity and privacy throughout
  
• Provide continuous monitoring and care en route, and deliver a structured handover to the receiving facility
  
• Check, restock and account for all clinical equipment, consumables and controlled items at the start and end of every shift
  
• Apply the infection prevention and control protocol, including decontamination of the vehicle and equipment after every call
  
• Complete the patient care report accurately and contemporaneously, and record the full call timeline
  
• Work as part of the crew under the paramedic's clinical lead, practising only within the authorised scope and escalating rather than exceeding it
  

Requirements

المؤهلات والاشتراطات:

• دبلوم من سنتين إلى ثلاث في الإسعاف والطوارئ الطبية بعد الثانوية، أو ما يعادله
  
• التصنيف والتسجيل المهني ساري المفعول لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية — فئة فني
  
• دعم الحياة الأساسي BLS
  
• دورة الرضوح ITLS أو PHTLS
  
• الكفاءة في نقالة الإسعاف والتحميل
  
• مكافحة العدوى ومهمات الوقاية الشخصية
  
• اللياقة للمتطلبات البدنية والنفسية للدور، وسجل تحصينات مكتمل
  
• إجادة اللغة العربية، ويُفضّل الإلمام بالإنجليزية ويُشترط متى كان العميل النهائي يعمل بها
  
• الاستعداد للعمل بنظام المناوبات، بما يشمل الليل والعطل الرسمية ومواقع الفعاليات والمشاريع
  
• رخصة قيادة سارية
  

الاعتماد المهني: يُستكمل ملف الاعتماد ويُتحقق منه بالكامل قبل مباشرة أول مناوبة، ويشمل التصنيف والتسجيل، وشهادات دعم الحياة السارية، وفحص اللياقة للعمل والتحصينات.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post-secondary diploma of 2 to 3 years in emergency medical services, or equivalent
  
• Valid SCFHS classification and professional registration — Technician tier
  
• BLS provider
  
• ITLS or PHTLS (trauma)
  
• Ambulance stretcher and loading competency
  
• Infection control and PPE competency
  
• Fitness for the physical and psychological demands of the role, and a complete immunisation record
  
• Command of Arabic; working English preferred, and required where the end client operates in English
  
• Willingness to work a shift pattern, including nights, public holidays, and event and project sites
  
• Valid driving licence
  

Credentialing: The full credentialing file is completed and verified before the first shift — classification and registration, in-date life-support cards, and occupational fitness and immunisation screening.
