MPLC provides a legal way to show movies and TV in public or commercial spaces across the globe. Our business has been running for over 30 years, and we are the number one trusted partner to studios and producers for public performance licensing. We work with every major Hollywood studio and hundreds of independents, and we are a key player in the entertainment and intellectual property ecosystem.
We are on a truly exciting journey as a company. We're growing quickly, investing in our teams, and have bold plans for the future. To support that growth, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build high-performing sales teams across the US and UK.
The job in two bullet points:
We're looking for someone driven and passionate about finding top tier talent. You’ll be able to operate as a strategic partner to the business, challenge hiring managers constructively, use data to influence decisions, and build scalable recruitment solutions.
You'll be working across multiple vacancies, regions and stakeholder groups simultaneously, often managing competing priorities and ambitious hiring targets. Success requires resilience, strong commercial awareness and the confidence to hold stakeholders accountable.
If you're energised by building exceptional teams, influencing senior leaders and making a direct contribution to business growth, you'll find this role incredibly rewarding.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and senior sales leaders to develop a deep understanding of their teams, business objectives and future talent requirements. Rather than simply filling vacancies, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders define success profiles, identify the skills and behaviours that drive performance, and build robust hiring processes that consistently identify exceptional candidates.
You'll continuously analyse the characteristics of our most successful salespeople, using data and insights to refine scorecards, interview frameworks, assessment centres and selection methodologies.
You'll proactively source candidates through multiple channels, build and nurture talent communities, and maintain a strong pipeline of future sales talent. Working alongside our Marketing team, you'll help promote our employer brand and ensure MPLC is recognised as an employer of choice within our target talent markets.
You'll also take ownership of our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring recruitment data is accurate, reporting is meaningful, and candidate experience remains first class throughout every stage of the hiring journey.
Working closely with Sales, Learning & Development and HR colleagues, you'll support long-term workforce planning, graduate and early careers initiatives, onboarding excellence and the continued development of our sales capability.
You will love this job if...
You are naturally curious about people and what makes individuals successful in sales roles.
You enjoy partnering with business leaders, challenging assumptions, and helping managers make better hiring decisions. You are equally comfortable discussing talent strategy with senior stakeholders as you are proactively engaging passive candidates.
You thrive in environments where you can build things from scratch, improve processes and make a measurable commercial impact. You are highly organised, data-driven and passionate about creating fair, structured and effective hiring processes.
Most importantly, you believe that great recruitment is about much more than filling vacancies. It's about helping a business achieve its goals through exceptional people.
