Step into a senior site role delivering major commercial landscaping and civil infrastructure projects across South-East Queensland.
If you’re an experienced Landscape Supervisor, Leading Hand or construction professional who knows how to run a site, manage crews and deliver quality work, this is an opportunity to take on some genuinely impressive projects.
You’ll be joining an established landscaping contractor with more than 47 years in the industry, delivering everything from major civil infrastructure landscape packages through to high-end commercial and structural landscaping.
With projects across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of technically interesting projects while leading crews and subcontractors on site.

As Commercial Landscape Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of projects on site.
You'll be the person keeping the job moving, coordinating your crews, subcontractors, plant and materials while making sure the work is being delivered safely, on program, within budget and to the required standard.
You'll work closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers while also dealing directly with head contractors, superintendents, clients and consultants.

This isn't a narrow softscaping supervisor role.
You'll be involved across a broad mix of commercial, structural and civil landscaping, including:
You don't necessarily need to have come through exactly the same pathway.
You may currently be a Commercial Landscape Supervisor, Civil Supervisor, Landscape Leading Hand or experienced construction supervisor ready to step into a broader role.
What matters is that you can run a site, lead people and understand construction.
Ideally you'll bring:
HR licence, excavator and skid steer tickets are advantageous but not essential.

You'll be comfortable leading from the front, working with different trades and personalities, and taking ownership of what's happening on your site.

As Commercial Landscape Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of projects on site.
You'll be the person keeping the job moving, coordinating your crews, subcontractors, plant and materials while making sure the work is being delivered safely, on program, within budget and to the required standard.
You'll work closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers while also dealing directly with head contractors, superintendents, clients and consultants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising Leading Hands, Landscapers, Apprentices and subcontractors
- Managing labour, plant, materials and subcontractors on site
- Coordinating works against project programs and budgets
- Running pre-starts and toolbox talks
- Maintaining accurate site diaries and records
- Reading and working from civil drawings and specifications
- Managing setout, levels and quality of finish
- Liaising with head contractors, clients, consultants and superintendents
- Identifying variations, delays and program risks
- Maintaining WHS standards, SWMS and site compliance
- Mentoring and developing crew members
- Managing timesheets and labour hours
The Projects
This isn't a narrow softscaping supervisor role.
You'll be involved across a broad mix of commercial, structural and civil landscaping, including:
- Retaining walls including timber, concrete, masonry, gabion and composite systems
- Fencing, pergolas and decking
- Concreting and paving
- Drainage and irrigation
- Natural and synthetic turf
- Raised garden beds
- Tree and garden establishment
- Soft landscaping and planting
Requirements
What We're Looking ForYou don't necessarily need to have come through exactly the same pathway.
You may currently be a Commercial Landscape Supervisor, Civil Supervisor, Landscape Leading Hand or experienced construction supervisor ready to step into a broader role.
What matters is that you can run a site, lead people and understand construction.
Ideally you'll bring:
- Previous supervisory experience within commercial landscaping, civil or construction
- Strong knowledge of WHS requirements on construction sites
- Ability to read civil drawings and specifications
- Good written communication and site documentation skills
- Australian driver's licence
- White Card
- Full Australian working rights
