Investment Restrictions Analyst AIFM

Your Mission:

Ensure the control of investment restrictions applicable to Real Estate and Private Equity (PERE) funds:

Implementation of controls in accordance with the regulatory framework and the fund's constitutive documents (prospectus, etc.)
Control of investment ratios
Communication of breaches to AIFMs and follow-up on their resolution

Technical and Functional Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
Knowledge of VBA is an asset / a plus

Required Knowledge and Soft Skills:

Good knowledge of restrictions applicable to investment funds
Knowledge of Real Estate and Private Equity (PERE) fund accounting
Knowledge of the main financial products
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
