As we move into a significant phase of expansion, locally owned and owner-led Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric, & Plumbing is seeking experienced and ambitious HVAC Lead Installer to join our team of industry professionals. Unlike other HVAC companies, our focus lands firmly on our employees, training up with an emphasis on advancement & promotion for those looking for a home in the field.  Our HVAC Lead Installers are responsible for leading residential HVAC installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining jobsite standards, and providing an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be expected to bring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail while working alongside and mentoring other team members. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Take ownership of HVAC installation projects and make sure each system is set up correctly and performs as expected.
  
• Build a positive customer experience by communicating clearly, working professionally, and treating each home with care.
  
• Work alongside newer installers, providing hands-on direction and helping them develop their skills on the job.
  
• Identify installation or equipment concerns and take the appropriate steps to get them resolved.
  
• Complete all work according to manufacturer requirements, safety practices, and applicable building and electrical codes.
  

Successful Candidate Must Have:

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
  
• EPA Type II Certification
  
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication
  
• Strong hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC installations
  
• Valid Driver’s License
