We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tax Partner to join our prestigious firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead our tax practice, providing expert advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers the opportunity to shape tax strategies in a fast-growing market while building strong client relationships and driving business growth. Responsibilities: - Lead and develop the tax services practice, ensuring high quality and compliance with UAE and international tax regulations. - Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients across various industries. - Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly. - Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth and maintaining a collaborative work environment. - Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships to grow the tax advisory practice. - Collaborate with other partners and departments to deliver integrated business solutions to clients. - Represent the firm in external forums, industry events, and professional associations.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent preferred. - Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in tax advisory within auditing, consulting, or business advisory, including leadership roles. - In-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws, corporate tax, and international tax regulations. - Proven track record of managing high-profile clients and delivering impactful tax solutions. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams. - Business development acumen with the ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.
