  • MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/Chirurgie)
  • Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate surgical experience in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Proven proficiency in performing common general surgical procedures including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernia repair, and bowel resections
  • Strong clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital health tools
