SAP Test Lead (Cloud ALM)

Requirements

• 12+ Years experience in Test Management
  
• Lead and approve the overall test strategy and test approach for SAP system conversion.
  
• Design, implement, and maintain the test tooling platform.
  
• Ensure test data readiness across all testing phases.
  
• Oversee test execution, including defect logging, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking for UAT.
  
• Report on test progress, quality status, risks, and readiness to support go/no-go decisions.
  
• Coordinate testing of printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices for compatibility with the new SAP system.
  
• Proven experience as a Test Lead for large-scale SAP programmes, serving as the overall testing authority.
  
• Experience in authoring and owning test strategies, not just executing test activities.
  
• Strong experience managing UAT across multiple countries and company codes, working with business testers.
  
• Expertise in defect triage, prioritization, risk management, and go/no-go recommendations.
  
• Strong test tooling ownership experience; SAP Cloud ALM preferred.
  
• Experience applying risk-based testing and scope reduction, with the ability to clearly justify testing exclusions.
  
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM Test Suite.
  
• Experience developing a test automation strategy.
  
• Experience testing peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and plant equipment.
