• Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for agricultural inputs within the assigned territory.
  
• Economic Advising: Use economic models to demonstrate the cost-benefit analysis and ROI of our products to farmers.
  
• Market Analysis: Monitor commodity prices, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  
• Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial farmers, agro-dealers, and distributors.
  
• Credit Evaluation: Assess the financial viability and creditworthiness of clients before structuring sales agreements.
  
• Technical Support: Deliver data-backed product presentations and conduct field days to showcase input performance.
  

Requirements

• 
  

• Degree in Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness Management, or a closely related field.
  
• Some experience in agricultural sales, input distribution, agri-product support or agribusiness consulting will be an added advantage.
  
• Communication with good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
