We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support to various members of the administration team. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and time management skills, is detail-oriented, and has effective communication skills.

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support to various members of the administration team. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and time management skills, is detail-oriented, and has effective communication skills.
The ideal candidate will:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Welcome and greet visitors.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Sort incoming mail
- Daily cash/check deposit reconciliation and documentation.
- Reconcile credit card statements and process invoices from fuel suppliers.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup/breakdown and catering.
- Ensure kitchen and office supplies are always on hand and place restock orders when necessary.
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Employ discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information to ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Present a positive and professional image for the organization.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office platform, especially Excel and Word.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant a plus.
- Time management, multitasking and flexibility.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self starter who works well independently.
- Professional demeanor.
