Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
  
• Schedule: Monday – Friday

Home Health Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
  
• Assess the patients' living space to identify fall hazards and provide specific, actionable recommendations to improve safety and accessibility.
  
• Teach patients and their families how to perform daily exercises and safely manage chronic conditions.
  

Home Health Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must have an active BLS Certification or be eligible to obtain one
  
• Must have a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  
• Must have an active Oregon License to practice Physical Therapy
